Meet Brian Kemp

Chosen as the Columbus Board of Realtors 2008 Salesperson of the Year, Brian has been a full time agent since 1989 and has achieved over $40 million in sales throughout his career. He has been awarded membership in the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Club and the Columbus Board of Realtors $25 million Club. In addition, Brian has earned the GRI designation (Graduate,Realtor Institute), the most highly regarded honor in the industry.

Achieving a professional goal of business ownership, Brian, along with five of Columbus’ leading real estate professionals, opened Keller Williams® Capital Partners Realty in August of 2002.

Brian is a member of several area Chambers of Commerce, area real estate associations and the Ohio and National Associations of Realtors. As an active member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Brian serves in both the MLS and Grievance committees.

Kemp & Co. Group was formed to provide the highest quality and personalized service available. Brian’s complete service staff includes an office manager/closing specialist/ listing coordinator, buyer’s consultants, a webmaster/IT specialist, and part-time office assistants.

Brian is pleased to give back to the community he serves. He is a volunteer wish coordinator for the
Make-A-Wish Foundation as well as serving on their Board and donates a portion of the proceeds from each Kemp & Co. transaction in his clients name to this organization. He is also an active member of the First Community Church, serving on various social and fellowship committees.
