1. Information on your home is available 24/7 with our 1-800 IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system, without potential Buyers needing to reach an agent for answers. This system is also set up so that potential buyers can page an agent if they have additional questions.

2. Information is also available 24/7 on Kemp & Co. Group websites. Several websites feature your home and interconnect with Realtor.com, the primary website across the nation.

3. A virtual video tour of your home online at realtor.com allows consumers to be able to attend a virtual open house at their convenience.

4. Electronic and Media advertising. This is the mechanism that drives the consumer to our information portals - the 1-800 IVR system, the websites, etc. Media advertising includes agent mailings, postcards, flyers, local newspapers, local monthly magazine ads.
Electronic advertising includes columbusrealtors.com, Realtor.com, Yahoo.com Classifieds, fast.com, lycos.com, altavista.com, google.com, alltheweb.com, inktomi.com and their partner sites, askjeeves.com and their partner sites, and many many more....

5. Call capture. All consumers calling our 1-800 IVR system are call-captured. A daily print-out gives us the caller’s name, phone number and the homes that interested them. This system generates hundreds of calls per month.

6. E-mail home information. The local multiple listing has a service where prospect matches on your home can be notified immediately via e-mail. We can also e-mail your listing to anyone who contacts us. These are just some of the things we do to market your listing besides installing a brochure box w/flyers, advertising your home on the back of the flyer at all other listings, and printing full-color brochures to place inside your home for showings.

Chosen as the Columbus Board of Realtors 2008 Salesperson of the Year, Brian has been a full time agent since 1989 and has achieved over $40 million in sales throughout his career. He has been awarded membership in the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Club and the Columbus Board of Realtors $25 million Club. In addition, Brian has earned the GRI designation (Graduate,Realtor Institute), the most highly regarded honor in the industry.

Achieving a professional goal of business ownership, Brian, along with five of Columbus’ leading real estate professionals, opened Keller Williams® Capital Partners Realty in August of 2002.

Brian is a member of several area Chambers of Commerce, area real estate associations and the Ohio and National Associations of Realtors. As an active member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Brian serves in both the MLS and Grievance committees.
